DELIVERY POLICY
We usually process incoming orders as soon as possible, but delays due to large amount of orders to process can happen.
During pre-order campaigns the processing time will be longer than normally.

Order cancelation is possible if we haven’t shipped out your order yet. Please get in touch with our customer service should you wish to cancel.

In cases of misshipment or shipment of faulty items we will deliver the customer new copies as soon as possible. In these cases the customer is free to keep the faulty copies, no return is required.

DELIVERY TIME AND LOST SHIPMENTS
We ship worldwide and the shipping times may vary. Thank you for the patience in advance.

The customer is responsible for giving us the correct shipping address and phonenumber. If the parcel is lost in the mail due to an incomplete or incorrect address or will be sent back to the sender we are not responsible.

Please make sure your address and phone number is correct in both places → PAYPAL and → BANDCAMP. This will make sure you will recieve your order.

REFUND POLICY
You can request a refund of a completed payment by sending the seller an email.

RETURNS
